Breakout Sessions

Slow down, recharge, and indulge in a little you time. Participants choose from one of three breakout session offered.

Sahaja Meditation

The mind is calmed and gradually emptied of all distractions. 

 

The resulting peace returns your mind to a place of stability, clarity, and focus. You wipe clean the slate of negative thoughts and feelings, to emerge pure of mind. 

Yoga

A range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.

The Psychology of Eating

Through a fascinating experience, you will get to explore mindful eating. ​

 

After reaching a state of deep relaxation, ​you will experience all the benefits of mindful eating, better understand your relationship to food and have revelations about yourself on a deeper level.
